Descent from Brasc, via the hamlets le Mas de Gély, le Guiraldou and le Roc, to the south bank of the river Tarn. At the village Saint-Dalmazy starts the climb back, via the hamlet la Borie de Cazalou, first to the little village Senils. De route continues relatively flat over the plateau, with beautiful views over the Tarn valley and other surrounding valleys, back to the church in Brasc.

Tip! Wie liever begint met klimmen en eindigt met dalen, kan starten in Saint-Dalmazy. De auto kan eventueel worden geparkeerd op het weggetje naar le Roc, de plek is gemarkeerd met een wegpunt.
