Riols: Voie Verte Passa Païs

You walk from the Place du Foirail to the center of Riols. With the Pont Vieux (XVIIth century) you cross the river Le Jaur. You walk through the Grand Rue to the Église Saint-Pierre and back through the Rue Basse to take a walk at the Rue des Déportés de 1852 on the Via Verte Passa Païs (a former railway line).

A little past the hamlet of Brettes you leave the Via Verte with a path through an orchard. You cross the Jaur again. With the Chemin de la Roque, which runs under a striking white rock, you return to the Place du Foirail.
