From the parking lot, you walk south through the pine forest. After a while, the landscape becomes somewhat barren. A forest fire has raged there, but the landscape is recovering. Further on, it becomes green again, and you arrive at the Abbaye Saint-Michel de Frigolet. From the abbey, take a path back north. Follow this until you reach the parking lot.
