Greeba

Circular walk, 13 km

Route: Greeba

The walk first follows the Millenium Way to Braaid Farm. Shortly thereafter, the route continues upwards over the Cronk Breck equestrian path, and then via a narrow path (arrow "Rhenass") to the back of the Slieau Ruy. Across the ridge we reach the summit of the Slieau Ruy (479m). Follow the mountain range to the lower summit of Greeba Mountain (422m).

We follow a descending trail to the northern corner of the Greeba Plantation, also known as King’s Forest. We continue to descend through the forest of the Greeba Plantation. The path leads to the Peel Road (A1). We turn right along the Greeba Castle. A little further, we turn left to reach the Steam Heritage Trail, a walking and bike path over the bed of a former railway line.

Via the Steam Heritage Trail and the Old Church Road we return to the starting point in Crosby.
