From the parking lot of La Spiaggeta, you cross the street and walk into the protected forest area of ​​Monte Ferru. You walk along a path and follow the course of the Bau de Lispedda. You pass special rock formations. Then the path starts to climb sharply and you walk up to the mountain pass Arcu Niulu. There you have beautiful views of the surroundings. You see Monte Arista.
