From the parking lot, you walk along the remains of an old railway line. You arrive at the Via Bau, which you follow until you turn off to the Riu de Naracauli. You cross the river and then follow the wide path to Dune di Piscinas. You climb the dune and you arrive at a viewpoint. Then you descend to the Riu Piscinas. You follow the river to the beach of Piscinas. You walk along the beach back to the parking lot.
