From Diever, you'll walk along Steenwijkerweg to Wittelte. Continue through rural areas to Brandeveen. You'll walk around the fen and then through rural areas again. You'll reach Tolhuisweg, where you'll continue along a wide sandy path to Holtenweg in Diever. Follow this path until you return to the village.
