Exloo - Odoorn

This circular walk goes through forests and over heathland.

You walk from the village of Exloo to the heathland Molenveld. That changes to the sand drift Odoornerzand.

The walk continues in Boswachterij Odoorn. You first walk past a beautiful fen. Through forest paths and natural ice rink Schoonmeer you will arrive at the Schapenpark, a heathland where you can encounter sheep. At the end of the Schapenpark you walk past the artwork "Ode aan de Zon" (Rob Schreefel).

Through Poolshoogte (with watchtower) you walk through forests back to Exloo.
