You walk from Stadslandgoed de Kemphaan first on paths and then on Groenlingweg. You walk along the Hoge Vaart for a while. At the new housing development Nobelhorst you cross the Hoge Vaart and then you walk along grassy roads and along the Lange Wetering. You pass the never-finished Kasteel Almere. Then you walk on forest paths to Waterlandsepad. You walk along the water of the Waterlandse Tocht and through the Schapenbos. Then you walk on forest paths and past the monkey enclosures of the Stichting Aap back to the starting point.
