Lelystad: Oostvaardersplassen: Kotterbos

From the Buitenring parking lot you walk through the forest to Kottersbosbult, a viewpoint. You have a view of Almere Buiten and the nature reserve of the Oostvaardersplassen.
Then you walk further through the Kotterbos to the next viewpoint, Het Stort.
You walk through the varied forest to the Lage Vaart, which you follow a bit. You cross the Lage Vaart with a bridge. You walk via the Trekpad and the Trekweg to a forest strip. There you follow a mountain bike path. In fine weather this narrow path can be busier with cyclists on weekends and is less suitable for walking.
You cross the Lage Vaart again. You walk back to the parking lot via the Luierpark.
