You walk from the parking lot to the sheepfold of Hoog Buurlo. Then walk through the forest and the heath. You get the first views of the former radio station Radio Kootwijk, nicknamed the Cathedral. You walk there.
Then you walk to the Turfberg.
The walk continues on a path through the moors. In the breeding season from March 15 to July 15, this is a resting area and the walk is diverted. You then walk on the Turfbergweg.
The walk continues on paths across the Hoog Buurlose Heide to the starting point.
