Circular walk on the forest ranger path Kootwijk. You walk across the Veluwe through a varied landscape. From the parking lot you walk to the Kootwijkerveen, a piece of high moor on the dry sandy soils of the Veluwe. Then you walk to the Kootwijkerzand, an area that is very dry. You walk through the woods of Kootwijk. The last part of the walk is again over a heather area.
