Schildwolde - Hellum - Steendam - Overschild: Schildmeer

You walk from the parking lot over the Heerenhuisweg to a path that goes between meadows. You walk through 't Roegwold to the Schildmeer. You walk along the Schildmeer to Steendam. There you follow the Damsterweg until you go onto a grass dike at the Schildmeer. You walk along the lake again through the Tetjehorn nature reserve. You continue over paths and grass dikes to the Sans Souci pumping station. From there you walk along the Uiterburensloot and through 't Roegwold back to the parking lot.
