Gulpen - Stokhem - Wijlre

You walk out of Gulpen and walk on the Heeselsweg and the Heischenweg to the hamlet of Stokhem. There you walk through meadows along the Kleine Geul to Wijlre. You pass a watermill and walk through the village to the Kruisweg. You walk up the Mergelland plateau via the Kruisweg. You have beautiful views of the surroundings. Via the dry valley at Elkenrade you walk to the Eyserbossen. You descend and walk along the Eyserbeek to Wittem and then back to Gulpen.
