Zunderdorp - Ransdorp - Durgerdam

Circular walk, 13 km
From the parking lot you walk on the Zwartegouw along the water. Then you walk to Zunderdorp and continue on rural roads and along water to the Nieuwe Sloot. From the Nieuwe Sloot the walk goes to the Weersloot. You walk along the Weersloot to Ransdorp. You can already see the tower without a spire.
After you have walked through Ransdorp you walk over the rural Durgerdammergouw to Durgerdam. You walk back and forth through the IJdoornpolder, where you have a view of the Buiten-IJ. You walk along the marina and over the Durgerdammerdijk with the dike houses.
Outside the breeding season (June 15 - March 15)
Immediately after house number 79, turn right. You pass a small drawbridge and walk past the church of Durgerdam. You come to a sports park, to the left of which you will find a path that runs along the Ringsloot. When the ditch bends to the right, cross the ditch to the left using a small bridge. Attention! During the breeding season this bridge is closed and you cannot continue here. You walk along an unclear path and a boardwalk through the meadow until you reach the cycle path next to the Durgerdammerdijk. Follow it to the right.
In the breeding season (March 15 - June 15)
Do not turn right after house number 79, but continue to follow Durgerdammerdijk.
You arrive at the Kweeklust allotment park. Before this park a cycle path goes to the right. Follow this until you reach the Liergouw. Cross this and continue on the path that is now called Zwartegouw. With a small bridge to the left you arrive at the Buitengouw. An unclear path takes you back to the starting point of the walk.
