Enkhuizen

Walk from the beach on the recreation area Het Streekbos through the polder Het Grootslag and the historic town of Enkhuizen. The walk goes over grass paths through the De Weelen nature reserve, along long straight roads through the polder and over the IJsselmeer dike. The route passes the Zuiderzeemuseum, along the Compagnieshaven and the Oosterhaven and through the historic center of Enkhuizen. Via the city walls you reach the outskirts of Enkhuizen. You walk through the land of the ice club at the Hoekland, the Weeshuispolder and the Gouw to the Streekbos.
