Ommen: De Wolfskuil

We start this beautiful walk in the southern part of the municipality of Ommen on the grounds of De Wolfskuil Groepsaccommodaties. You walk on winding paths through a varied forest. Once you arrive in the built-up area of Ommen, you cross the busy Hammerweg and continue along quiet field and forest roads until we arrive at the hamlet of Besthmen. Through the forest you reach Steile Oever. Here you cross the Hammerweg again and descend from the Steile Oever into the valley of the river Beneden Regge. You follow the banks of the Beneden Regge to the Giethemer Kerkpad. You return to De Wolfskuil via this path and the Giethemer Hooiweg.
