You walk from the parking lot on the Sprengenbergweg, an avenue that leads to the heath. You walk across the heath to the Van Heekweg. There you have a nice view of Huis Sprengenberg (the Palthetoren). The walk continues along the edge of the forest and over the heath. You walk past large rhododendron bushes. The walk continues over heathland. Eventually you walk past a sheep shed and you arrive at the Oud Deventerweg. This rural road takes you back to the starting point.
