Circular walk, 13 km
A walk along the windmills of Kinderdijk and through the polders.
You walk past the 18th-century windmills of Kinderdijk; this belongs to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Kinderdijk. There are two museum mills that you can visit.
Then the walk goes over grass dikes and paths to the Achterwaterschap. You walk over a dike to Nieuw-Lekkerland. There you walk along an old tithing road to a grass path and you pass two more mills.
You walk back over the Lekdijk to Kinderdijk.
