You walk on sandy paths through the Amsterdam Waterleidingduinen.
At Langevelderslag you walk onto the North Sea beach; you walk on the beach for a while. You leave the beach through a dune transition and walk back into the Waterleidingduinen area.
Via dune valleys, sandy plains and along quiet paths you reach the Oosterkanaal. You cross that. You walk along the canal and then back through a forest.
