You walk from Woubrugge along the Woudwetering to the Wijde Aa. You follow the roads and paths along the water to Hoogmade. From there you walk past meadows and ditches through a farm landscape to Leiderdorp. On the way you walk past the Achthovense Molen and the Doeshofmolen. In Leiderdorp you walk along the Oude Rijn to Leiden. There you walk along the Nieuwe Rijn to the old center of Leiden. You walk through the center past historical buildings to the station.
