Doorn - Maarn: Kaapse Bossen

Walk on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug between Doorn and Maarn.
You start at Helenaheuvel, where there is a restaurant. The terrace overlooks a small moorland.
You walk on forest paths through the Kaapse Bossen to the Doornse Kaap. There is the Watchtower De Kaap. You can climb this 25 meter high observation tower. At the top you have a wide view.
The walk continues past moors and a historic burial mound. Then you pass Huis Te Maarn estate. From there you walk back to the starting point.
