Lexmond - Polder Bolgerijen - Hei- en Boeicop

You walk from Lexmond to the Kortenhoevendijk. You follow this dyke along the Lek and look out over the floodplains. Then you walk on grass paths to the Merwedekanaal. You walk along the canal for a while and then follow country roads to Polder Bolgerijen. You walk a bit through this varied griend forest complex. You continue the walk over grassy paths to Hei- en Boeicop. You walk for quite some time through this elongated village. After you have crossed the Merwedekanaal again, you walk on country roads through the polder back to Lexmond.
