Linear walk, 6 km
The walk from the former fishing village of Benagil to Nossa Senhora de la Rocha follows the coastline.
You walk over eroded cliffs. Along the way you pass zinc holes (algares (Pt), dolines) and you walk along naturally formed arches and rocks in the sea. Quiet beaches are hidden among the rocks. You always have beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean.
The walk ends at a headland with the 13th-century chapel Senhora da Rocha.
