Circular walk, 10 km
Walk from the hamlet of Besteiros de Cima to the chapel of Nossa Sehora da Lapa (Our Lady of the Sea snail) close to the border with Spain. The walk runs through a hilly landscape covered with sunflowers, cork oaks, eucalyptus and pine forests.
The path runs over the top of the hill Cabeço das Águas. To the north you look out over the valley of the river Soverete.
The path of the way back goes right along the border with Spain and, after a number of hills, through the Moura valley.
