Circular walk, 7 km
From the parking lot you walk out of the city. You cross the Ribeira Grande with the Ponte Romana Da Ribeira Grande. You follow a path. You pass the Ponto do Cubo and you pass a former water mill. Then you follow a path along the Ribeiro do Cubo until you arrive back at the Ribeira Grande. After crossing the river you walk across fields back to Monforte. There you walk past the Castelo de Monforte back to the parking lot.
