Walk along the coastline of the Solent between Lepe and the mouth of the tidal river Beaulieu River. On the other side of the Solent you can see the Isle of Wight. The route continues to the town of Exbury, known for the Exbury Gardens. You walk past fields and pastures back to Lepe.
NB! At high water, the coastal path can not be used and you have to move to the road that runs along the coast. Before you start, consult the tide table for Lepe, the coastal path is very worthwhile!
