A walk from the village of Nuévalos to the Salinas de Valdefierro (or Salinas de Nuévalos), former salt pans.
stage 1 - forth (5 km 035)
You walk from the parking lot to Calle Eruelas. There you take the path along the lake. Then you walk slowly uphill on a forest path. At the top of the hill you have a beautiful view of the Embalse de la Tranquera and Nuévalos. The path goes steeply down to the Barranco de Valdehierro. You follow the path through the Barranco until you cross the A-202. There you walk along a path up to the Salinas de Valdefierro.

You walk back the same way.
