The walk largely follows the Camino de las Raíces. You walk through oak forests and come across works of art by various artists. You will also walk along the Ermita de Majadas Viejas and along the Ermita de San Marcos, located on the Laguna de San Marcos. Along the way you have regular views of the Peña de Francia.
