L'Encanyissada

Hike in the Ebro delta around the lagoon of L'Encanyissada.

You start the walk at the ornithological museum Casa de Fusta. You walk along the Desaigüe de Circumvalació drainage canal to the Mirador del Carreté, where you can spot birds on and above the lagoon L'Encanyissada. After this you walk to the next lookout point: Mirador Patrau. Until the village of Poble Nou del Delta, always follow the paths and roads closest to the lagoon. You walk through the center of the village. You walk along country roads to a lookout point on the north side of the lagoon: Mirador l'Embut. From here you walk back to the Casa de Fusta (wooden house).
