stage 1 - Ermita de Sant Antoni - Ermita de Sant Bartomeu (4 km 103)

You walk from Ermita de Sant Antoni to Cadolles Fondes, a natural swimming spot between the rocks. You continue on forest paths along beautifully shaped rocks through the valley of the Riu de Montsant. You cross the river with a rope bridge. Then you walk through the Barranc de Sant Bartomeu to Ermita de Sant Bartomeu de Fraguerau, a chapel from 1160 with a ruin of a house in the rocks.

stage 2 - Ermita de Sant Bartomeu - Ermita de Sant Antoni (4 km 739)

Follow the same path back up to 220 meters after the stairs at Cadolles Fondes. From here you follow the right path and keep following the wide path until you reach the parking lot at Ermita de Sant Antoni.
