This walk, Paseo Fluvial de Plasencia, goes along the Río Jerte. You start at the Puente de San Lazaro and you always walk along the river. You walk through Parque de la Isla. As you continue you will pass several bridges over the Río Jerte. You leave the city and you continue on the Paseo Las Huertas. Eventually you will end up at the dam. You cross it and then you walk back along the other side of the Río Jerte.
