Route: Parada de Sil: San Lourenzo de Barxacova - Río Mao - Forcas

You walk from San Lourenzo de Barxacova on a path to Capela e necropole de San Vitor de Barxacova, an archaeological site with tombs. Then you continue walking along a former canal. You pass the Regata de Senra and you continue along the canal until you reach the Puente romano de Conceliñas. Then you walk to Forcas. You walk through the village and you pass the Igrexa de Sam Mamede de Forcas. You walk further along the cemetery and then you walk on paths back to San Lourenzo de Barxacova. Along the way you get a nice view of the village. You keep walking until you are back at the starting point.
