From the parking lot you go to the Cruz dos Caidos. From there you walk through the Parque Monte do Castro. You will pass Castro de Vigo, an archaeological site of a Celtic settlement (200 BC - 300 AD), with 3 reconstructed buildings. You walk slowly up to the fort. There are several viewpoints there. You walk along the remains of the fort and along the walls. Then you walk through the park back to the parking lot.
