You walk from the parking lot on a path up to the Collado de Víznar. Along the way you have beautiful views of Granada. You continue until the Cruz de Víznar (1559m) and the Mirador Cruz de Víznar. Then you walk back to the path. You descend via the Barranco de la Umbría. There are Pinsapos along the path. You end up at Pista de la Alfaguara. You walk down that until you reach the Centro de Visitantes Puerto Lobo and the parking lot.
