Route: Güéjar Sierra: Maitena - Río Genil - Barranco de San Juan

You walk from Restaurante Maitena, a former tram station, along the Tranvía de Granada a Sierra Nevada. You walk on this former tram track through various tunnels. You pass an old tram stop, Parada El Charcon. You continue to the Barranco de San Juan. There you cross the Río Genil and walk on the other side of the river on the Vereda de la Estrella. This path returns to the Tranvía de Granada a Sierra Nevada. You continue following the road until you turn off and follow a path along the Río Genil. This path also ends at the Tranvía de Granada a Sierra Nevada. You walk along the tram track back to Restaurante Maitena.
