The walk continues to the Silla de Felipe II, a rock-cut bench where King Felipe II came to watch the construction work of his new residence the Royal Monastery of San Lorenzo de El Escorial. Along the way you pass the ruins of Casa Sordo with a lookout point, where you have a view of the Silla and El Escorial. After you have walked along the Silla de Felipe II you walk back to El Escorial.
